The T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division Schedule of 2024 Monthly Train meets to be conducted at the Arcadia Masonic Center are now posted. Please visit the Activities page to view the full schedule for 2024.

The T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division's purpose is to further the hobby of operating and collecting toy trains through the sharing of knowledge and fun with our fellow members.

There were lots of table bargains at the recent SW meet in Arcadia, CA. Our club promotes the hobby through multiple programs including organizing and holding monthly train meets at the Masonic Center in Arcadia, Ca. At these meets, model and antique toy trains are traded by the membership, there is an auction held, there are operating layouts and model train displays, there is also a train repair clinic. Several times a year, a local parts dealer brings a vast inventory of replacement and repair parts to sell. Any persons seeking out information or help with toy or model train layout design/setup, toy or model train restoration and advice are welcome to attend a monthly meet to engage our knowledgeable club members who will be more than happy to assist and advise. The camaraderie of other operators/collectors is something special that is enjoyed at these train meets.

T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division members have developed and constructed a large portable operating train layout which is displayed at various locations throughout Southern California during the year, as well as at our monthly train meets in Arcadia. Other club members bring their own portable or modular layouts to the meets as well. You will typically see 'O' scale high-rail, O gauge 3-rail, Standard/Wide gauge and HO scale operating layouts at the monthly T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division meets. These layouts support running of TMCC, DCS and conventionally powered electric engines. And of course, any mechanical/clockwork powered locomotives too! Please feel free to bring your own trains to run on these layouts.

T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division was founded in 1966. The T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division was incorporated in 1985.

The T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division keeps its members up to date with a quarterly newsletter containing articles, photos, and details of upcoming events.
