All orders and regulations in effect pertaining to the Covid 19 pandemic issued by all governmental agencies will be followed at the T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division train meets conducted at the Arcadia Masonic Center. T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division must take these precautions to protect the membership, many of whom are elderly and/or have underlying health issues that could cause death or serious illness if the disease is contracted.

Our Regular Train Meet Time Table is as follows:
9:00 - Vendor/Seller Table Setup
10:00 - Meet officially opens for Members and the Public
11:45 - 50-50 Drawing
12:00 - President's Address
12:00 - Auction begins immediately after the President's Message

There is a non-member admission fee of $5.00 per person or family (husband, wife and children/grandchildren under 21).
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

For all meets the trading table fee has been lowered from $10.00 to $5.00 per table! The Board of Directors made this decision for a few reasons. First, to give back something to the members (you must be a member to sell at T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division Meets) by making it easier to decide to take a table and sell those few items that you may have hesitated to bring to the meet. Secondly, to encourage sales by those who have to drive some distance to the meet, by lowering their overall expenses in this time of high cost gasoline. Thirdly, to increase the size of the meet so that those who aren't selling will see more trains to choose from. Tables are 8' long x 2½' wide.

The Officers and Board of Directors are committed to making T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division meets the best that they can be. T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division wants everyone to come and have fun, trade trains, get together with old friends and make new ones. Don't forget there is always an operating layout, a repair clinic, an auction, snack bar and free parking. See you at the next meet!

Train Meet Location

All T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division train meets are being held at the:

Masonic Center, 50 W. Duarte Rd. in Arcadia, California, 91007.

Driving directions:  From the 210 Freeway, exit on Santa Anita Ave., head south about 1.5 miles to Duarte Road, turn right on Duarte. The Masonic Center is on the left (south) side of the street, next to the Arcadia Public Library. There is plenty of free parking.
