All sellers are required to complete the seller's sales tax certification form to receive a table for selling or to sell items in the auction at the Cal-Stewart meet. If you are using a California Sales Permit, you must include a copy of your Seller's Permit with your registration form. The Seller's Certificate form is available in the downloadable registration brochure, or for separate download here.

Admittance: Anyone may register to attend both trading days for $30 per person or per family. Those wishing to attend only one day of trading will be able to attend Sunday only, beginning at 9:00 am, for $15. Non-registered attendees will be admitted on Sunday from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. Admission is $15.00 per person or per family (husband, wife and children and grandchildren under 21).

Location: The 2017 Cal-Stewart meet will be held at the Glendale Civic Auditorium, 1401 N. Verdugo Road, Glendale, CA 91208.

The auditorium is a 25,000 square foot multi-level meeting and exhibition facility. The venue is located about 7 miles west of Pasadena where the Cal-Stewart meet was held for many years. The Glendale Civic has been the home of the Glendale Toy Show, which many of our members regularly attend. There is a 400 car parking garage on premises and parking only costs $6 per day (no in-and-out privileges). Or you can find free parking on nearby residential streets or metered parking for 75 cents an hour in a public parking lot south of Mountain Street. Sellers will be able to park next to the building for easy loading and unloading. Hotels, motels and restaurants are only a short drive away and the Burbank airport is just 10 miles distance.

Glendale Civic Auditorium, 1401 N.Verdugo Road, Glendal, CA 91208

Directions: The Glendale Civic Auditorium is located in the city of Glendale and is conveniently reached from all points in Southern California. It is accessible from the #134 freeway or the #2 freeway. Going East or West on route #134, exit N. Glendale Ave, turn North and merge onto Verdugo Road. The Civic Auditorium will be on the left hand (West) side of the street. From the #2 Freeway North or South take the E. Mountain Street exit, head East and turn right at Verdugo Road heading North.

Food:Attendees may bring in their own food and drinks without restriction. There are several nice restaurants in Montrose, which is north of the Glendale Civic Auditorium.

Lodging: There are no Hotels in the immediate vicinity, but there are plenty of hotels south of the 134 in Glendale and Eagle Rock. We do not plan to have a “Host Hotel” this year. We will provide a list of nearby hotels in the registration brochure.
